ECS ELITEGROUP has entered the e-book reader market by releasing the Everest EB-900 at Computex 2010. The gadget has a 9.7-inch e-ink touchscreen display and a 800MHz Marvell PXA 166e processor. The Linux 2.6-powered eReader also has a 1GB built-in memory (upgradable via an SD card slot), Wi-Fi b/g, 3G, WiMAX, optional Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microUSB port.
