As one of the thousands of attendees at the 2010 Women's Conference in Long Beach, California, Jessica Simpson spoke with press about her insecurities and how she manages to stay upbeat.
The "Come On Over," the singer explained to USA Today,"There is no way you will not be affected by the nasty things people say about you It's very hurtful It definitely brings a lot of your own insecurity".
But with a little help, Jess is able to be positive, "It takes a great family and good friends and love certainly helps, too, to get through it," she said.
Speaking about her current boyfriend Eric Johnson, jumped Mrs. Simpson, "he definitely makes me happy and makes me very comfortable with being who I am. It's nice to be with someone who praises you for all the right reasons."
